Returns & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused and unworn
• In original condition
• Returned with tags and packaging intact

Once the returned item passes quality inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Certain items, including intimate wear, personal care products, and customized products, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons.
