Exchange Policy

At HRIDEYA, we want every purchase to be a perfect fit.

If you receive a product with a sizing issue or an eligible exchange request, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
• The item must be eligible under our exchange guidelines.

Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched subject to stock availability.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories such as lingerie, innerwear, personalized products, and selected accessories may not be eligible for exchange.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative solution may be offered.
