Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before they are dispatched from our warehouse, whichever occurs first.
Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for available options.
If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
HRIDEYA reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing discrepancies, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our control. In such situations, customers will receive a full refund.
